With 7 years of water expertise and extensive work with water agencies, Nick is called upon to advise leaders on water topics for all types of multi-unit dwellings, including Affordable Housing, Senior Living, Student Housing, and Apartments.  He has a B.S. in Chemistry from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obsispo and Post-Baccalaureate, Mathematics and Computer Science from California State University Channel Islands.  Nick resides in the Los Angeles area of California with his wife and family.
